Childhood Sweethearts Shoot

Zack and Kelly. Pacey and Joey. Corey and Topanga. Who didn't want one of these childhood sweetheart relationships growing up?! When I got asked by Live View Studios to be a part of their latest styled wedding shoot project I jumped at the opportunity. All of the vendors came together to create such a precious event with so many subtle schoolhouse elements - I just loved it! Lauren and Vaughn became our couple and they did such a great job being models for the day! Since Lauren's dress from Project Runway winner Leanne Marshall was young and flirty, I wanted to keep her hair and makeup very...

In the summertime…

If you were to tell me about a girl who was getting her degree in Fisheries and Wildlife Studies, Allie would not exactly be what I would picture and that is kind of fantastic. She basically leads a double life, partly spending her time in the mud studying things I usually try to avoid and partly being a model while wearing the cutest clothes that make my closet feel quite inferior! The styling behind this shoot was somewhat of a classic summer ease that included cute clothes paired with vintage props. I love the lighting and her little lilac ruffles! One great thing about a girl that plays in mud...

Hot Cats on a Tin Roof

If you know me personally then you know I love a good themed anything so when Brent approached me about doing a Elizabeth Taylor inspired shoot, it was an absolute yes! Then came the hard part of setting it all up like finding perfect props, clothing, and location to recreate our decided Cat On A Hot Tin Roof styled shoot. It was either that or Cleopatra and once you see Sarah and Austin together, you too will believe that we made the right decision. Brent and Anna had the hard job of finding our Elizabeth Taylor (Sarah) and Paul Newman (Austin). My hardest job was making Sarah...
